We charge 8€ for delivery with tracking. If you spend more than 100€ you will receive free delivery.

You can pay with credit card, PayPal and direct bank transfer on our website

Delivery will take 3-7 work days and therefore not include weekends.

After you have placed your order and we have received your payment, we will send out your package from one of our logistic centers.
We send packages out around 3pm every work day.

You will receive your invoice automatically, when your order is complete.

The active ingredient in our cream is 5% lidocaine, which gives the numbing effect.
