How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery with tracking costs 6,95 €. Orders above 100 € are shipped free of charge.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery will take 3-7 work days and therefore not include weekends.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you have placed your order and we have received your payment, we will send out your package from one of our logistic centers.
We send packages out around 3pm every work day.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive your invoice automatically, when your order is complete.
What is the active ingredient in your cream?
The active ingredient in our cream is 5% lidocaine, which gives the numbing effect.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is complete. To track your order click this link.
